  • * Place of Work: Kemang, South Jakarta
  • *Leading and managing a busy CS Center supporting Indonesia operations
  • * Hiring and managing approximately 20 CS Agents
  • * Architecture and key process creation and improvement
  • * Quality control measures and checks
  • * Assisting in managing important accounts
  • * Executive reporting and analysis

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years full-time career experience
  • * At least 5 years managing a minimum of 10 CS Agents
  • * Strong human management skills
  • * Strong process management skills
  • * Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills

SALARY

  • IDR 12.000.000 - 25.000.000
