  • In order to ensure everything in place for our Finance & Accounting Department,
  • we're aggressively looking for a strong candidate to be aFinance and Accounting
  • Officerwith below details:
  • Objective:
  • To assist Finance & Accounting Manager to maintain all the administrative
  • procedures for finance and accounting is well executed. Provide accurate data in
  • finance & accounting.
  • Responsibilities:
  • * Work collaboratively with the Finance & Accounting Manager, and the Corporate
  • Team to develop and implement financial and accounting strategies
  • * Create and track consolidated financial reports, and oversee all financial &
  • accounting activities (including financial reporting for business)
  • * Oversee company cash flow and ensure all payments are on time
  • * Prepare tax calculations and make tax payments (PPN, PPh 4 ayat 2, PPh 25,
  • PPh Badan)
  • * Evaluate and analyze overall departmental processes, recommending
  • improvements where needed and serve as liaison to other departments across
  • the organization

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally, our best candidate is:
  • * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting major
  • * Minimum of two years in the finance and accounting department
  • * Strong administrative and data management experience
  • * Demonstrated commitment to diversity and serving diverse constituents
  • * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a
  • diverse group of staffs and departments
  • * Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and
  • Accounting System
  • * Possess initiative, demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
  • proficiency with finance & accounting principles and processes
  • * Must be able to multitask, set priorities, and manage competing demands also
  • work effectively with minimal supervision and despite frequent interruptions
  • and exercise independent judgment and discretion with confidential
  • information
