REQUIREMENTS

  •  

    • Proven work experience more than 1 year as customer service
    • Excellent listen, written and verbal communications skills
    • Computer literate & skilled navigating through multiple screens
    • Preferable have experience in using zendesk 
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Solve customer problems ranging from simple to complex and resolve complaints
    • Punctuality and dependable with a strong work ethic
    • Fast Learner
